Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with GothRider. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We currently ship to the following regions:

- Australia
- European countries
Order Processing and Fulfillment Time
Once your order is confirmed, it enters our production and fulfillment queue.
- Fulfillment time: approximately 8 to 10 business days
- Shipping time: varies depending on your location and carrier
Processing times may vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and product availability. If we could fix delays overnight, we would, but some factors remain outside of our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and depend on:
- Your shipping destination
- The number of products in your order
- Carrier pricing at the time of shipment
The shipping price displayed at checkout is the final and valid rate for your order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more, when applicable. Eligibility for free shipping may vary by region and promotional period and is always displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
International shipping rates, delivery times, and eligibility for free shipping vary by destination. These details are calculated and shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities. These fees are not included in your order total.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped within Canada do not incur import duties. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.
For U.S. orders placed before September 8, 2025 that are still being fulfilled, customs duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier upon delivery.
Christmas 2026 Shipping Deadlines
Orders placed on or after December 10, 2026 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before December 24, 2026.
Our average fulfillment time during the holiday season is approximately 5 business days. Carrier delays are outside our control.
If timely delivery is critical, we strongly recommend placing your order before December 9, 2026 or contacting our support team for guidance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, contact us

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.
