Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@gothriderbrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Once approved, send your return to the address listed above.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your return is accepted and qualifies for a return label, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (including coffee and other food items)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Limited editions or made-to-order items (where applicable)
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gothriderbrand.com.

Fees, Duties, and Deductions

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • If your order shipped internationally, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid to customs authorities are non-refundable.
  • If a return is caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refused delivery, additional shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

These terms apply to customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If this policy conflicts with local law, local law will apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Change-of-mind returns are offered under our 30-day return window, provided eligibility conditions are met, and subject to the non-returnable item rules above.

United Kingdom

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.

  • If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
  • For eligible change-of-mind returns, our 30-day return window applies, provided eligibility conditions are met, and subject to the non-returnable item rules above.
